Billy Boulett is the Client Service / Operations Associate with Siena Wealth Management, Inc., where he guides clients through the onboarding process, initiates and monitors client requests, and provides a high level of support to clients and advisors alike. Additional responsibilities include the improving of organization performance by enhancing business operation systems, organizational procedures, flow of information, and business process.
Billy has over 8 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having worked as a Client Service Specialist for a local RIA firm, where he led new client systems, onboarding processes, and helped maintain communication between both, clients and advisors. Focused on full-spectrum wealth management, he has a working knowledge of accounting, retirement plan administration, insurance and trust services, and investment brokerages. He has a wealth of experience in the investor operations, onboarding and support of broker-dealer and custodial firms. Billy has built a vast network of relationships throughout the industry, which benefits him in assisting Siena Wealth Management and our clients.
A Silicon Valley native, Billy resides in San Jose, California with his fiancé and their son. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as staying physically active outdoors. He is also active within his local community, volunteering time at local food banks as well as volunteering with North Valley Little League Baseball.
